One should select running shoes which are specially designed for running purpose. They should be comfortable and convenient too. More over, while playing racquet sports one have to move here and there therefore running shoe would not be convenient. Racquet sport shoes are heavier and stiffer than running shoes, as their toes are built for stop-and-go action.
